YOur bite is anticipated to change from using the splint over certain period. YOur doctor should be aware of that especially if appropriate ceph analysis is done. After splint therapy, your doctor should be able to render maxillofacial orthopedic then followed by orthodontic to correct, or coordinate to correct your bite. Where are you located?
