I tried to get help here for a year and finally got help in Canada from a neural therapy dentist. I've got two lower splints of different heights which help to bring my lower jaw forward and stop the clicking. I had three very sickening root canal teeth removed and a lower left molar with cavitations cleaned out. So I've also got an upper nonmetal partial denture (lots of equipment to get used to in my mouth--no love life for ages). Scar tissue from old head injuries suffered in auto accidents had to be treated first before any work could be done. I don't feel like I'm dying anymore and looking forward to more healing work.
Conventional medicine and insurance companies are very dehumanizing towards patients and practioners of the healing arts when it comes to this disabling condition. Pharmaceuticals don't work for this, and it seems to me that pharmaceuticl companies monopolize the healthcare industry. Numerous practioners have been hunted down and delicensed for helping patients without drugs and toxic materials. We need to band together to support ourselves and those few practioners out there who can help us. It is unconscionable that so many people are suffering so when the people (in the U.S) with the ability to help us are being hunted down like witches.
