Help!! Can anyone recommend a GOOD Prosodonists or TMJ Specialist.....Have had problems with terrible facial pain and TMJ sfter dental work. It took 9 months for the pain to reside and now I fractured my top incisor, just the inside portion. Dentist pulled the inside & left the front if the incisor in tact. He filled it too high and when I went back he removed some of the filling and took off the point of the incisor. It has thrown my bite off so badly. Two front teth are slapping and all the pressure is not on my back teeth.The pain is unbearable. I'm taking Perdnisome. Now he says I need to have extensive gum surgery and bone removeal before he can crown this tooth. Meanwhile from what he did., I'm in pain, my gum is bleeding & sore. These dentist don't understand that by reshaping or taking away a tooth, this puts a TMJ sufferer in unbearable pain. All I need is someone to make a crown THAT FITS CORRECTLY so my bite will realine. I want to go to a Prosodonists who just makes crowns but can't find anyone who has a good reputation. If Anyone knows of such a person, Please..Pleas..let me know. I live in the northern NJ area and close to New York City. Help Someone..Please..
